Dear Friends of The Docket Digest,

This one’s interesting. Sometimes, if facts in dispute in a court case require FCC clarification or a ruling, any of the parties can request the FCC to expedite a declaratory ruling. In this case, the request is being withdrawn. Without knowing the specifics, one might suspect the case was settled (as most TCPA cases are), and withdrawing the petition was part of the settlement. Your counsel may know more.

Thank you for your continued support.

Best,
TJ
