FCC Makes It Clear: Certify, Comply—or Get Cut Off
Upate for 8/25/2025
Dear Friends of The Docket Digest,
Last year, I informed you of the FCC’s identification of 2,411 non-compliant providers. I also provided an easy Google Sheet.
The FCC just removed remaining 1,223 providers from the Robocall Mitigation Database. This is the largest purge to date—and one with teeth.
All carriers must block traffic from the removed providers within two business days. The order comes after months of deadlines, warnings, and a prior round of removals.
It marks a clear line in the sand: certify, comply, or get cut off.
Stay informed,
TJ
