Last week on my blog, I discussed how Chairman Carr could postpone the implementation of 1-to-1 consent. Well, the FCC did just that. But more significantly, the 11th Circuit ruled that the commission overstepped its authority when implementing prior express written consent. This effectively makes the postponement moot, as the rule has been overturned.
